Linbro Lifestyle Park, in a nutshell, brings you everything from Health and Fitness to Gardening and even a spotless car!

Our mission is to grow our own natural food garden without any chemicals or pesticides. We only make use of our homemade compost. Once our coffee shop is up and running we want to use our own fruit, veg, herbs, and honey to make delicious simple healthy food, smoothies, and juices.
As we love music, we are planning to have Friday or Saturday night dancing and socialising with friends. Watch this space!

Linbro Fitness Park is where the magic happens, we have a combination of various classes with our awesome dedicated coaches, who love what they do. We offer kickboxing, boxing, functional fitness, HIIT and Bootcamp. Our members can participate in all the classes.

As the saying goes “Eating clean and training consistently keeps our minds and bodies focused, healthy, and active”.

We also have our own online shop selling natural teas and oils. Mduduzi offers garden services.
